Sunil has founded Suhanil as a self funded start up in Nov 2016. At Suhanil, Sunil has been driven to build the company from scratch, bring in an exceptional team of co-founders and senior management and build an outstanding company culture. Prior to founding Suhanil, Sunil had 8+ years of experience in strategic management, market development and business development across India and Europe with Leading MNC. His areas of Pharma functional expertise include market pre-launch and launch management, competitive intelligence and performance management. Pradeep is Director of Data Analytics at Suhanil since Nov 2016. At Suhanil, Pradeep has built out the Data analytics delivery team and competencies across Pharma data analytics, modelling and Sales Force excellence. Pradeep has 7 years of extensive and in-depth experience in developing Pharma data analytic solutions. Before joining Suhanil in Nov 2016, Pradeep worked with one of the top MNC, managing data analytics that delivered high value projects for pharma clients in the US. His functional expertise in domains like predictive modeling, dashboards, sales force effectiveness, process automation etc. Coupled with a deep passion for technology has enabled him to develop innovative and customized software solutions for global pharma clients.
